Highlights that do not break
Most highlighters remember where on the page you selected. Then the article gets edited, a paragraph moves, and your highlight lands on the wrong sentence — or vanishes.
Marian remembers the words, the text either side of them, and the position. It tries all three, checks the text it landed on still matches, and tells you honestly when a page has changed too much. Your note is never lost, even when the anchor is.

Open anything you saved and read it inside Marian, with every passage you kept already marked. The rail on the right is an index — click a highlight and it takes you to it.
If a page has changed since you read it, Marian says which highlights it could no longer find rather than quietly dropping them.
